When i try to add new users one at a time or through the Upload users links in site administration nothing happens. I'm using Moodle 2.7.2+ (Build: 20141002)
Were you able to have other users added previously? Have you made any changes to core files? Have you tried to disable your plugins to see if you can add users? Are you able to manually add users?
