Customising Joomla 3 protostar Footer

I am using joomla 3, protostar template. I would like to customise my footer to look the same way the footer in this url: https://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/community-support/ask-a-question looks.

Please help me with step by step (simplified) ways of doing it.

Hello Gabboropee, Thanks for the question about customizing your Joomla 3 protostar footer. The footer used in the community support center is a custom designed one and although it is on our own site we do not have a tutorial that will guide you through duplicating it. However, there are many tutorials that you can find on modifying a Joomla footer. Please try reviewing How to modify footers in Joomla. This tutorial will give you the basics on how to modify the footer so that you can customize it to your liking.
