FREE Website transfer (as on your site)

Hi there, I have just registered with you yesterday and I was under the impression you would help me move my sites from other VPS for free since you say WE TRANSFER YOU FOR FREE on the site. When I tried to initiate the transfer from my panel I was told it would cost $360 dollars so I don't understand how could this be? Can you explain how can I benefit from your FREE transfer?? Thanks

Hello Radupopp, Sorry for the misunderstanding concerning a charged transfer versus the offer for a free website transfer. Per the description on the InMotion Hosting website, free website transfers "* Applies to website transfers consisting of 3 or fewer cPanel accounts, databases, and/or websites. Accounts wishing to transfer more than 3 accounts, databases and/or websites will be charged $10 per item to be transferred. There may also be other circumstances where a charge is imposed, but it is handled on a case-by-case basis. If you have further questions, your best option is to call into our live technical support team for a break down on your website transfer charges.
