creating a sub domain

Hi,
I'm trying to create a sub domain "marketing" at the cPanel, but it is giving the following error:

The system experienced a problem during the creation of the “marketing” subdomain.

Please advice.

Hello dahabra, Sorry to hear you are having issues with creating subdomains on your WHM. I did some research and found a thread in the cPanel forums that covers this topic. Following the instructions here will allow you to create subdomains on your server. Kindest Regards, Scott M
