Not receiving specific emails

I am receiving all of my emails except specific "verification" emails. I have added the sender's account to my whitelist, but the emails are still not received.

Hello,

Thank you for your question regarding email. Are there any bouncebacks going back to the sender? Have you tried to disable your spam assassin to see if the emails come through? Do you have any email filters setup?
