webmail.domainname.com can't be reached

I want to be able to access webmail using my domain, http://webmail.catcare.com but it can't be resolved error comes up. I can access at catcare.com/webmail but want to be able to do it both ways, How do I fix this?

Hello, Thank you for contacting us about the non-appearance of your webmail. It is possible there is a missing DNS record. You can make the adjustment in your cPanel under the Advanced Zone Editor. If your administrator did not give you access to that area, or you are unsure about proceeding, you can contact our Live Support. They can take into your account and make adjustments at your request.
