my site hacked?? cant access front end

ive been working on joomla 3.4.3. my site is still under construction. Not on a localhost. When I try to access the front end i get a redirect loop error. when i search for my site on google i get another site with my address. need help fast, please help? last guy i spoke to said it might be my php file causing issues.
