not able to receive email
Why am I not able to receive email and only able to send email?
1. I did a test to send email to my New email account using InMotion Hosting. Email has bounced back with error message. I verified, I am using correct email.
2. I am logged on and using Roundcube to view and see successful outgoing email only.
3. My email account is not over quota. This is a new account and new email.
4. I did not enable SpamAssassin.
5. I did not request MX records
