Its possible to create another user in my account, to delegate to tech department some of the maintenance task inside the AMP (Account Management Panel)?

Hello, Thank you for your question regarding creating another user. You can only have one account for AMP, and cPanel. But you can create accounts to access the file system, databases, or Admin dashboard if you are using a CMS.
