Please get cash from my affiliate account and renew above domain.

I had a domain. possibly there was a problem with a payment and since then I can not work with the domain, e-mails and web site.
1.- if there were payment problems, if something i spending and how can ai resolve it

2.- If there is a procedure to recover the web site content and design
