Domain mapping issue multisite

hello i have a wordpress multisite structure. so i am mapping a subsite but i am not able to map my domain its almost 2hours but domain is not mapped till now so please kindly help me on this and i have a name servers from you for this but i think its not working for me so please kindly check it and give me a response
