Where are my past e-mails?

I see only my e-mails for the month of June. Where are the ones for May, April, March?

Hello, Thank you for your question about your email. You may be seeing a different set of email based on the settings of the program you're using to view your email. I checked your email account via webmail (using Roundcube) and the mail is there starting from 3/31/2017. If you have any further questions or comments, please let us know. Regards, Arnel C.
