Customer Inquiries from the Website are going into Junk Mail Folders

Hello rachel,

Thank you for contacting us about customer inquiries going to Junk Mail. Check any email or Spam filters that you may be using, as they may be too aggressive. For example, many spam tools will have an adjustable setting for how strict the rules are. 

If the emails are coming from the same address such as from a form, you can try whitelisting the address.
