Sorry about your emails being filtered into spam. And email address in the email contacts does not remove that email from being filtered by a spam filtering application. You may need to add the address to a whitelist in order to keep the email from being filtered. The content of an email is normally what gets an email listed as spam. You can whitelist by going to your cPanel, going to the email section, clicking on Professional Spam filter, and Sender Whitelist. This will allow you to specify that emails coming from an individual will not be filtered by the Spam Experts application.
