Sorry to hear you've run into some trouble! I removed the site you mentioned from your post, but looked it up before doing so. The URL does not appear to be pointed to the InMotion nameservers. While it's possible to set up custom nameservers, if you're running into trouble I would start by pointing the domain to our nameservers. If you are still running in to trouble after that, I would contact our 24/7 Technical Support team directly to see if they can find out the specific issue.
