file incomplete when dowloading KVM console.

I just got my KVM setup everytime i download the spider.jnlp it almost instantaneously says Failed - File incomplete.

I already tried switching browsers.

Hello and thanks for contacting us. If you've already tried Firefox, I recommend trying to use the wget command to download the file if possible or contacting Live Support - e.g. wget https://path-to-file
