high load on vps account

Hi all, our site is experiencing really high load averages today, over 5 since about 3am this morning.  We are on a VPS-1000HA-S account.


At times the site is not loading.


I cannot seem to submit a ticket.  When I hit submit nothing happens.


What is the best way to address this issue?

I'm sorry you're experiencing high load times. Please contact our Support Department so they can take a closer look. You can call or initiate a chat if you're unable to submit a ticket.
