FFMPEG Frei0r
Hi,
I have been moved to a new server - which has Centos 7 (which is almost out of date??). FFMPEG with Frei0r used to work - these plugins no longer work.
The Centos 7 FFMPEG version does not even have the frei0r library enabled - its almost a decade old.
Almost ALL plugins return "Segmentation fault" with only one or two working. I have installed multiple versions of FFMPEG but I am just fishing. SO which version should we be using?
I am fairly certain that the frei-r plugins with Centos 8 using opencv will no doubt work, but here is a list of pre-compiled FFMPEG to get whoever will answer this started.

Why are we on Centos 7 - its just so incredibly out of date with support ending in 2 years and I have been put on this as the latest update !!!!
I have frei0r installed - and FFMPEG - the issue is it does not work - can I please get an answer to the question specifically - which version of ffmpeg supports frei0r?
I paid once to have it installed and do not see why I should pay for it again.
Also I was just migrated to new servers, why was I not migrated to centos 8?
Some help here would be great.
Thanks.
Hello audas,
Thank you for your question regarding ffmpeg and frei0r. Based on the available documentation it sounds like frei0r should function on the latest version of ffmpeg, which is 4.4.
Regarding the migration, unfortunately CentOS 8 is not currently available on our cPanel-based hosting plans. I apologize for any confusion regarding this.
Best Regards,
Alyssa K.
