Ken Kipp here, kenkipp.com My transfer is complete but now I can't access my email at [email protected]. it tells me my username and password do not match. Any ideas?
See the subject line. Transfer is complete but I can't open my [email protected] email. User name and password don't match. I have not changed either one.

Sorry for the problem with your email not working because of username and password.issues. We can see that a website transfer occurred. However, this doesn't always guarantee that email accounts have also transferred. It will depend what was involved with the transfer. If it was a cPanel to cPanel transfer, then it's possible that all of your email accounts transferred. We recommend reaching out to the tech support team who completed your transfer in order to determine if email was part of the transfer.
