Renewal Invoice

Hello, I just paid a renewal account and it didn't say it was in US dollars. I am in Australia and I thought the invoice was in Australia dollars, please confirm. We are a not-for-profit wildlife group that relies totally on donations. 

I just looked up what we paid previously - it was USD83.88 on 14/7/17.

How would you rate the customer service you received?

i haven't received a response to my issye as yet.  I am in Australia so would you please respond in writing instead of asking me to repeat my issue to your 24/7 Customer Service or have I missed your response somewhere?
