Hi and thanks for contacting us! It looks like the error message you received got cut off when it was pasted. 

If the message was rejected due to being spam, it's likely there is a keyword or file type in the email causing it to be rejected.

If it was rejected due to a limit being reached, it's likely that other messages being sent out ran into trouble, causing this one to stall out. 

If the message is being rejected due to a connectivity issue, you will need to check the error logs to get a better idea of what is going on.
