Thanks for checking in! That depends on where you are looking. If you are checking the webmail, or your mail client, and cannot see email, it is quite likely that you have a POP3 account set up. POP3 clients download all of the email from the server and then, by default, delete that email. I'd suggest contacting our 24/7 Technical Support team-- they can check the mail logs and let you know if you have a POP3 account connected.
