Once you submit your Website Transfer Request, our team will start working on it and reply to your ticket with the next steps. If you're migrating a cPanel account, we can create a full backup and transfer it for you. If you have a custom-built PHP website that requires a manual migration, please tell the team the relevant file paths for the website files and database names so they can make sure everything is migrated correctly.
We'll also send you an email before the migration begins to confirm the charges (if any). Please reply to that email with any questions or concerns you have. You can also coordinate the migration request with the team member working on your ticket.
