How do I transfer my domain?

Hi.

I purchased Lunch Plan with you which allows to have 2 separate sites on my account. I have another domain I woud like to transfer from reg123. I been waiting for them to sort my account out last week and I am really angry with their way of treating customers. Problem is they register my domain without whois privacy ...heck they didnt even give me that option and now I cant add it on their control panel. I paid twice for the same service to build up page and its not even working and letting me log in... So I decided to move on and block my paypal.
I have question for you:
1. How do I transfer domain from 123reg.co.uk
2. Can I add whois privacy to it asap
3. Can I use my acc to manage this domain and build up page within my plan.
4. How fast can we sort this out...

Hi Seizui, Thanks for posting your questions. I'm more than happy to assist you. Domain transfers can be started in you AMP. Here's an article explaining how to do so: How to start a domain transfer You will still need to get an authroization code from the losing registrar (in your case, 123.reg.co.uk). This process can take up to 10 days to complete. You will not be able to add domain privacy to the domain until the transfer process is complete. Here's an article on domain privacy: Domain Privacy You can add the domain to your account by creating it as an add-on domain. Here's a link to add-on domains: How to create an Add-on domain in cPanel You can add the domain to cPanel at any time. If you change the nameservers at your current registrar to our nameservers, you can start hosting the domain on your account.
