Our DNS checker doesn't necessarily indicate that there's a problem but does show that the domain is not pointed to an InMotion Hosting server and the server that it is pointed to may not have MySQL running (or the server is not reachable to show that MySQL is running).
Are you getting any errors when trying to re-install WordPress such as an error page?
