You will need to be on a VPS or Dedicated hosting plan to install it on your server. Also, as far as I can tell by looking through the documentation, the only way to install MongoDB is through SSH access which is not available to shared customers.
You do have access to MySQL. You may want to look at using MySQL as your database engine. If you need more information on MySQL, we have a few article on it. Here's one explaining how to set up a new MySQL database in cPanel:
