Can a portion of my web site be restored from the host backup, and if so when was the last host back up?

Hi tkelly, Thanks for posting your question. I'm more than happy to assist you today. Yes, certain files can be restored from backup if needed. It appears that the last backup for your account ran on 4/11/2012 at 3:22am (roughly 7 hours ago). Keep in mind, we only keep one backup file on hand, if you need a backup for a previous time frame prior to 7 hours ago, it does not exist. We recommend that all of our customers maintain regular backups of their website files and databases. Here's a link on backing up your website: Backing up your Account If you need to restore a file(s) from this backup that we do have, we'll need the request made in writing to: [email protected] In the email, please specify which files need to be restored. Also be sure to include your domain name as well as the last four digits of the credit card on file or the current AMP password for verification purposes.
