cannot check mail : invalid security cert

getting "the certificate is not valid: hostname mismatch" when attempting to check ONE of my email accounts: [email protected]
Do not want to check always trust, can you check the security certificate for this server: COMODO High-Assurance Secure Server CA

Hello Kristi, Testing from here gives no certificate warning. I did check the certificate and it is indeed valid. Be sure you are accessing the email from either http://lonestargiftbaskets.com/webmail (which will redirect to https://secure40.inmotionhosting.com:2096) or put in https://secure40.inmotionhosting.com:2096 directly. This should work for all email accounts as once on the login area it needs no further security checks. If you are still getting the message, please contact us with additional information, including the email password for the affected account so that one can be tested (or we can simply change it if you prefer) as well as the exact URL you are using to check the email. If you are connecting via a mail client such as Outlook or Macmail, please supply the exact settings you have for that email account. You can send the specific information to [email protected] Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password. As we do not actively monitor that address, be sure to leave a comment below so we know the information was sent. Best Regards, Scott M
