I am unable to find your account based on the information given, but am happy to take a look for you. I suspect your server may nearing capacity and the Systems team will be moving files and accounts to new servers to make room. I do need to access your server to find out for sure. I would need at least the primary domain name on the account to find it.
You can send that specific information to [email protected] Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password.
