new cpanel user log in
I have added a new user to my cpanel. They received the invite, have created a password but can not long on.
Suggestions?

Sorry for the problems with the cPanel login. I would advise testing it yourself, or walking through a password reset (and then testing the login). No problem. Remember that you can always jump into your cPanel and reset the cPanel password using the Account Management Panel (AMP)!
