Why are emails over 2 weeks old disppearing from my email account when using IMAP?
I only use IMAP when accessing my email accounts. As of today (2/5) my oldest email is from 1/20. I'm not deleting them and I have plenty of memory, and have set them to unlimited space.
How would you rate the customer service you received?

It's possible that the automated IMAP archiving has been enabled-- either by accident or due to some process in Outlook. I would suggest checking that by logging into webmail instead of Outlook.
