If I change to you (domain and hosting) what happens to my old email address? I have had it for 30+ years. Can I forward all future emails to my new domain/hosting with you?

What do I have to do? Does this cost anything? (other than new domain and hosting charges).Can I transfer all email and other files stored at my old company to you?

My former hosting site is not currently up and running. They stated that the site is down but they have a backup for the database and domain. They are asking where to send it. Is there a method for this?

I have two domains, two websites and about 6 email accounts to transfer back to InMotion. I need to accomplish this over a weekend, but I need to put together a plan and I don't know where to start.
I need to put together a plan to move our two domains, websites and email back to InMotion. I have the transfer keys and backups for both sites but I'm really not sure where to start. I need some step-by-step instructions to accomplish this so not to bring our whole web presence crashing down
