Transfer existing web site domain name to inmotion but create new website and delete old one

I am creating a new web site with Kompozer. We have an existing site in which we wish to keep the domain name but not the site itself. The site is currently written by a third party and obsolete. We want to use the new site created in Kompozer which we write. How can I do this?

Thank you for your question gstepp! You can set your Kompozer program to publish using FTP on our server. Please see the following link on this. Publishing your website using KompoZer After you have your website uploaded you can view it with your temp url. Testing your website using your Temporary URL Once you confirm your site is working on your server with us, you can point your domain to our nameservers. Updating your domain's dns / nameservers If you want to renew the domain with us you will need to transfer the domain. Otherwise you can keep the domain with your current registrar.
