transfer of ownership of domain between 2 inmotionhosting customers

http://isoelast.com/ is hosted in your system.
their administrator is leaving and they asked me (a 3rd party) to take over the domain. Problem is that administrator registered another domain under same account, so we can just pass me the login.
I have already took over http://seiland-brygge.com/ for the same company and have control over the domain. Is it possible to move http://isoelast.com/ to be admin'd by same user as http://seiland-brygge.com/ (user is: [email protected] )? If so, what are the correct steps? The admin from isoelast.com should email support or fill in some form and pass the control rights? Please let me know. Pls cc me on my company email also: [email protected] when u replay to this request. Thanks!
