Drop out and move to another provider

Dear sirs,
As I have experienced unresolved extremely low speed issues, I decided to move my websites to another provider.
I am the owner of sepdek.net account with three domains (sepdek.net, greekislandmemories.com, georgepavlidis.info - the latter was registered just today).
Some of my sites are wordpress sites, some just static or dynamic without databases.
Please provide information on how to migrate and move everything to my new provider while keeping data and functionality. When everything is moved successfully please cancel my registration to your services.
