If you are looking to move your files, then it depends on the new host. If they are also using cPanel, you can make a full backup of your account, which creates one single file with all of your site data, including databases.
Lastly, you can simply use FTP to create a backup all your files to your personal computer and then FTP them up to the new host. To move the databases, however, you will need to create backups for them and then restore them at your new host.
Hello thanhs5,
If you are asking how to transfer your domain name to another host, you can do that by simply requesting a domain release from our Live Support team.
To do so, you would need to contact our Live Support department at [email protected] with that request. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password.

You can also make partial backups via your account so that you have the home directory (all files) in one file and the databases separately if you desire.
