Canceling my account

Hi there, I have an inmotion account, which I would like to cancel. How do I go about this, please? Reason being that I find it too complicated and need to have a simpler way of building a website/have my own webspace.

Hello Linda, Thank you for your question cancelling your account. Just like Ohdarn was saying there are many tools for building a site, we offer over 280 free options in Softaculous. You may find another program easier, such as Concrete5, which allows you to click a block and easily add content. It can be easily installed from softaculous. I'm sure someone can help you cancel your account, however, there aren't a lot of options out there that make it *easier* to build a website - depending on what you're trying to do. InMotion is a hosting site (that is, it is a place that you ...stick your website so people can access it). There are some sites that include tools to simply drag and drop content onto your site (a site I was on previously used Weebly to allow this). It simply depends on what you want to do with your site and what options you require.

How were you planning to build your website? What language/software? Do you have an example of a site you wanted to create?

Have you tried the tools on this site, such as Wordpress? Lots of people use that and it makes a very useful site with a very helpful support community. Once you've installed it (in a few mouseclicks), it creates a site for you. You login to your site and make the changes you want.
