My users can not use the email service

Since last week the email service for all my users from domain constructora-araucaria.com is not working,
also the cpanel user 'constr53' it is rejected.

Please help me

Hello, It appears that the domain constructora-araucaria.com is pointing to another server than where the hosting account is currently located. There may have been a separate account that the domain name was transferred from originally. You will need to contact the Live Support Team at [email protected] so you may verify the account (with either the current AMP password or the last 4 digits of the credit card on file) and work with them on the details of pointing the domain to the correct servers.
