I cannot get to my index.php file in the public_html folder

I've uploaded a index.php file to install my koken website but when I enter www.sam-in-stijl.com I only see the ip-adress and the inmotion logo. How can I solve this?

It appears that there was an error within the configuration that was causing this. We have fixed the issue and you should now be able to see it just fine.
