problem with email accounts

All our email accounts are not working properly, there's a window pop in up all the time asking for username and password, we did everything to fix it but nothing works, did you do some changes or something? or are you doing maintenance on the servers? it's annoying because it doesn't stop this window pop in up and because we can't use the email accounts.

This can be caused due to an incorrect password. Be sure that you are entering the full email address and the correct password. If you are unsure of your password, you may reset your password via cPanel. If you are attempting to access via webmail and are certain that your password is correct, you may have issues within your browser. Try clearing your browser cache.
