Can I Recover Emails?

Hi, I have a premium account with you. One of my staff emails were configured on POP, unfortunately the system crashed and we lost the pst file. I request to know if I can recover recover those emails from your server email database. Please help!

How Do I Recover Email?

My email was deleted when I changed server. How do I get them backups or how can I sync ffrom my phone?

Hello, Thank you for your question. Because backups run every 24 to 36 hours and overwrite the previous one, if you want a backup from a week ago restored, it is not likely we will have a backup. If the emails were downloaded via POP recently, we can check for an available backup. You can request a data restoration in AMP. If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below.
