Deleting folders in file manager

I recently had my files restored - and the technicians made a copy of the pre-restore files in a new folder called "public_html.old"

How do I delete this folder? When I place my cursor on it - I can not delete it. I can delete all the files in it, but not the folder itself?

A related question - how can I move or copy an entire folder. I seem to be able to do it with the files inside the folder, but never the folder itself?
