We have an IMAP with GoDaddy and recipients that used to receive my emails are no longer receiving them. I do not have Windows 8. I have the old Windows 7.
When people do not receive your emails that used to, there could be some sort of security blocking them. You should receive an email 'bounceback' telling you that the email was not delivered. Within that email it describes the reason why. There are many, so we would be unable to say why. You should be able to send the bounceback email to your host and they can take a look at the specific reason and let you know why it was not delivered.
