We cannot delete emails
Hello – My name is James (Jim) Hartley and we recently switched our web hosting from Earthlink to Inmotionhosting. Our website is www.**********.com . My problem however is with receiving my emails on Outlook 2007. With Earthlink I used two email addresses – **********@earthlink.net and Inspire@**********.com which were both set up with POP settings. I have not discontinued the first one yet as I have to notify my clients and friends that we are wanting to discontinue the first and only use inspire@**********.com .
We have set up our website, www.**********.com with inmotionhosting.com and we are in the process of setting up the inspire@**********.com address and another -inspire@**********.com-jewelry using IMAP with your hosting - two new Inboxes appeared and they don’t work properly. The inspire@**********.com emails were diverted from the original Inbox which still receives the **********@earthlink.net emails in good order.
The two emails that we have created through your hosting are inspire@**********.com and inspire@**********.com-jewelry . They are functioning but I cannot delete the incoming emails. My webmaster and I spent several hours today trying multiple times on Outlook 2007 and are about to give up. Please help us! There must be some tool on your website to handle this but we haven’t found it.
Thanks,
Jim ********** –**********.com
