Can't login on first try

I try and login. It says "login successful, "redirecting", and then "log out" without opening program.

It typically lets me log in on the 2nd or 3rd try

I see you posted this in the Email section of the support center, but how are you checking the email? Are you using Webmail? If you are, have you tried logging in using port 80? For example: webmail.example.com (Be sure to replace example.com with your actual domain name) If you are not using webmail, please provide the steps you are taking so we can replicate the problem.
