A challenging and tricky shipping module
I would like to have a somewhat tricky shipping module.
I have many categories of goods on my website, but not all items are combinable during the shipping process.
So let's say I have an order of 2 items that must be shipped separately, so shipping must be separated. So Obviously I should charge shipping fees separately.
First, I would like to label each of my product with a shipping group name. And, everything within that group are products that are able to be combined in shipping.
NExt, I will give weight to each product (in ounce)
Then, I would like to do this:
Domestic buyers within the US: Each shipping group will be charged $3 handling fee, plus $1 per ounce
International buyers: Each shipping group will be charged $5 handling fee, plus $2 per ounce.
It is very tricky but I am wondering if this is doable at all....
