What was suggested was : http://php.net/manual/en/ldap.installation.php

This requires re-compiling PHP with "--with-ldap[=DIR]".

Is there a document about how to re-compile PHP on inmotion VPS service?

If we re-compile PHP on our own is the solution, how do we go about replacing the existing PHP with one we complile?

Hello Zymerinc, Thanks for the question. Easiest way to handle this is through EasyApache. You can determine how to use it by going to the EasyApache document. You would need log in to WHM as a root user and then search for EASYAPACHE. It's the best way to load up PHP versions on your server. Regards, Arnel C.
