How Do I Find My Primary Domain?

Somebody has apparently been using my username and password to send invitations to linked-in and god knows what else all over the map. I need to at least change my password. I am a mere babe in the woods in this age of the unlettered and need to know simplest way. I wrote asking how to do so and it asked for my primary domain. What is a primary domain? Thanks.
