Unable to see email account subfolders in Thunderbird

I have subfolders set up on my cpanel email account (showing on horde etc.), but when I connect using Thunderbird under IMAP it just shows the inbox, draft, sent, junk and deleted?

I've tried messing about with the settings but have come up blank at the moment...

Hello, If you are sure the account is correcting properly, you can subscribe to other folders from your email server. Right click on the account name in the left hand panel and select the Subscribe option. From there you should see a list of the folders on the account where you can subscribe by clicking a checkbox next to it. Kindest Regards, Scott M
