How Do I Upload a 100MB File?

I'm trying to upload 100 MB file but when upload progress completed I got a message "Upload required!"

Hello, I'm sorry to see you're having difficulty uploading a 100MB file. How are you uploading these files? Are you using some type of CMS to do so? Are you using FTP? Can you provide your domain so we may try to replicate the issue? Kindest Regards, TJ Edens
